Malai Bread Toast



Malai Bread Toast, a quick evening snack.
     
Ingredients:
1 pack Bread
1 cup Malai (stirred without lumps)
1 tbsp Ravva (sooji)
1 medium sized tomato (chopped into very small pieces)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 table spoon chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp chilli powder
A few leaves of kadi patta(minced)


PROCEDURE:
1.     Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
2.     Apply that mixture on a bread slice with knife or spoon.
3.     Heat the tavva.
4.     Fry bread slice till golden colour (only on mixture side).
5.      No need of oil as it is full of malai (cream).
6.     Serve hot with tomato sauce.
